The grains used in our spirits are grown in the historic fields surrounding Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.After distillation at Mason Dixon Distillery, the spent mash is returned to Stone Ridge Manor Farm, where it nourishes pasture-raised cattle alongside open grass and fresh air.From the suet of those cattle, we hand-render this tallow in small batches.Nothing wasted.
